The area of farmland affected by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine in 2022 was 10.514 million hectares, and the area of land that can be used in agricultural activities in 2024 is 32.9 million hectares, which is 26.04% less compared to the area at the start of a full-scale invasion, according to study by the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).
