KIEV, May 12 - Kiev-based Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd could launch international arbitration proceedings against the Ukrainian government for allegedly not honoring a production-sharing agreement (PSA).

Vanco also considers an order issued by the Ukrainian Environmental Protection Agency on April 25 to invalidate a special mineral use permit in the Prykerchenska oil and gas section of the Black Sea shelf to be unlawful.
