Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, every sixth Metinvest employee, or 15% of the staff, has been mobilized - about 1,500 employees have already returned from the war, and more than 500 people have returned to work. The company expects that a total of 6,000-7,000 out of 8,000 mobilized will return to work, said Oleh Davydenko, director of the corporate communications department of Metinvest Group, during the Practice forum dedicated to the return of veterans to the civilian labor market, which took place in Kyiv at the end of April.
