KIEV, Jan. 23 - Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko insisted on Wednesday that Ukraine should hike tariffs it charges Russia for transit of natural gas to the European Union.

“I think it’s time to hold the discussion between Ukraine and Russia concerning the cost of natural gas transit via Ukraine to Europe,” Tymoshenko told reporters.
