KIEV, Oct. 31 - The Ukrainian government approved new standards of gasoline and diesel fuel quality, meeting requirements of Euro-3 and Euro-4 standards, the energy and fuel ministry reported Wednesday.

The new standards will be put in affect on Jan. 1, 2011, according to Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko.
