KIEV, Oct. 8 - Donbas Fuel & Energy Company (DTEK), Ukraine's largest coal and energy concern owned by Rinat Akhmetov, the wealthiest Ukrainian, plans to fulfill the investment commitments foreseen in the readjustment plant of DniproEnergo.

The pledge comes in response to a report by Ukrainian media that SCM may suspend its investment commitments in DniproEnergo, if, after the possible formation of a new government headed by Yulia Tymoshenko, the company did not receive guarantees for the protection of property rights.
