KYIV, March 5 – The Cabinet of Ministers approved raising a $1.5 billion loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said.

"The government already has a roadmap. These are projects that we are discussing with partners that already have details. The first point is attracting investment," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
