KYIV, March 1 – The second winter of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine passed without blackouts and power outages according to scheduled, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has said.
"The second winter of the full-scale invasion is over. We passed through its without blackouts and power outages according to schedules for the entire country. Today, on the first day of spring, it is necessary to say important words that the energy system's operation is stable. No restrictions were applied to the users. One year and even one year and a half ago many of us did not believe this would be possible," he said at a government meeting on Friday.
