KIEV, Oct. 4 - Vanco Energy Company, a U.S. oil firm that won a tender for exploration of a Black Sea offshore oil field in Ukraine, will next week submit a revised production sharing agreement, a government source said.

Vanco was forced to revise the PSA after the government had sought about 200 changes, mainly seeking to increase the share of extracted oil that will be eventually owned by Ukraine.
