KYIV, Jan 5 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company, will pay $15 million to acquire 100% of Nadra Yuzivska LLC, which owns license to develop Ukraine’s biggest shale gas project Yuzivska, an official said Monday.

Taras Kuzmich, Board Chairman of Nadra Ukrayiny, which previously owned 99% of Nadra Yuzivska, said the deal will be closed after permission issued by the Antimonopoly Committee.
