KYIV, Feb 21 – Kyiv’s hotels are expected to add 962 new rooms to accommodate tourists within the next two years, increasing overall capacity by 9%, according to a study by Cushman & Wakefield, Kyiv hotel real estate consulting company.
"A moderate increase in the total supply is planned for 2020-2022, which will mainly be due to the resumption of construction or reconstruction of hotel projects that were either frozen for more than five years or characterized by a slow pace of construction," Cushman & Wakefield reports.
