KIEV, Aug. 15 - Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine??™s wealthiest businessman and de-facto leader of the ruling Regions Party, said he would seek to return the country??™s largest steel mill into his ownership by appealing to European courts.

The steel mill, known as Kryvorizhstal, was purchased by Mittal Steel, the world??™s largest steel producer, for $4.84 billion in October 2005 after a court had cancelled its previous controversial privatization.
