KYIV, Nov 9 – Ukraine's Parliament has passed at second reading bill No. 8487 that cuts the excise duty on cars with technical and legal amendments.

A total of 250 MPs backed the bill, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported.

"Since most of the cars are registered for nonresidents, it is obvious that it is impossible to bring these "camels" back to Ukraine.
