ODESA, June 4 – The Ukrainian Sea Port Authority and Delta Wilmar CIS LLC on Friday signed memorandum of cooperation that will protect the investor from Singapore.

President Petro Poroshenko, who joined the signing ceremony, praised the agreement.

"The memorandum protects the investor, which ensures a high level of processing of the products of the Ukrainian agrarian sector, so as not to export raw materials, helping Ukraine effectively take advantage of its opportunities after signing the Association Agreement with the European Union, the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area with the EU (DCFTA)," Poroshenko said.
