KYIV, May 16 - Russia's Gazprom has stopped issuing invoices to Naftogaz of Ukraine for natural gas supplied to the occupied areas of Donbas, but continues to "write off" odd sums on this, Naftogaz's press service has said.
"Gazprom has stopped sending us bills for the gas shipped to the uncontrolled territories, but the volume of the gas supplies has increased and is mentioned in their reports. Any sums could be written off as the gas supplied to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. On the Russian side, the supplies are controlled by Gazprom alone, but there is nobody who does it on the Ukrainian side," the press service said.
