KYIV, Sept 15 – Ukraine's economy will expand 3% in 2018, according to a forecast in the draft 2018 budget submitted to Parliament, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said.
The growth may even exceed the government’s expectations, he said.
"We could see the exceeded figure when we invest and when we conduct systemic reforms planned for September, October and November 2017," the prime minister said, adding that the figure could be doubled.
