KIEV, June 22 – Parliament has toughened administrative punishment for violation of road traffic regulations related to parking, stopping and waiting in the placed for handicap drivers.

Bill No. 5629 was passed at second reading by 244 lawmakers on Thursday.

Stopping and waiting of vehicles at the places with road signs or road surface marking permitting parking for handicap drivers envisages a fine from 60 to 100 non-taxable minimum individuals' incomes if the drivers are not persons with disabilities.
