KIEV, Oct. 17 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development announced on Friday that it is mulling the provision of a loan to the Lviv Communal Enterprise Lvivvodokanal, a municipally owned water and wastewater utility operating in the city of Lviv, to finance the rehabilitation and upgrade of the wastewater treatment infrastructure.
The bank said that the total cost of the project is up to €31.5 million, including €15 million of the EBRD loan to the company, secured by a municipal guarantee of the city.
