KIEV, Nov. 14 ??“ Ukraine??™s economy in October finally ended a period of rapid economic slowdown, which has been persisting since January, and is ready to accelerate growth, Prime Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov said Monday.

The economy expanded 2.8% on the year in January-October, keeping the pace unchanged for the past three months, Yekhanurov told a government meeting. He didn??™t provide year-on-year growth figure for October.
