KIEV, Aug. 14 – The Express newspaper, which proclaims itself the biggest newspaper in the country in Ukrainian in terms of its circulation, has accused the tax services of again blocking the printing of an issue, for the second time since May.

"From yesterday evening the full work of six enterprises that provide preparation, issue and sale of the newspaper was blocked again," reads a report posted on Express Web site on Tuesday.
