KIEV, May 28 - Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (the British Virgin Islands) has asked Pechersky District Court in Kiev to recognize the final decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (Sweden), which on December 28, 2012 approved an amicable production sharing agreement (PSA) on Prykerchensky deposit of the Black Sea shelf between the company and Ukraine.

According to court ruling of May 27, 2013, the text of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, a court meeting with the participation of interested parties is to be held on June 6 at 1730 Kiev time.
