KIEV, May 31 – Kiev City Council is planning to appeal to the prosecuting authorities and the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Construction Supervision (SIACS) to check the legality of the construction of a helipad for the Ukrainian president on Park Alley in the city and the compliance of the facility under construction with its design documentation.

"We have asked the SIACS to check whether the constructed building corresponds to the designed building and inform us what will be inside," the head of a temporary commission to study the situation around the development of Park Alley and the slopes of the River Dnipro in the city, Kiev City Council member Oleksandr Bryhynets, said after a commission meeting in Kiev on Wednesday.
