KIEV, Dec. 20 – Ukraine's gross foreign debt rose by $6.989 billion, or by 6.68%, in Q3, to $111.623 billion, reads a statement posted on the Web site of the National Bank of Ukraine.
According to the statement, in January-September 2010, the country's gross foreign debt rose by 7.96%, or by $8.227 billion.
In 2009 Ukraine's gross foreign debt rose by 1.71% or by $1.737 billion, to $103.396 billion. In Q1, 2010 it shrank by 0.47%, and in Q2, 2010 it rose by 1.67%.
