KIEV, Aug. 8 ??“ Ukraine??™s industrial output growth continued to slow down in July, suggesting that steelmakers have failed to fully recover after the major production slump they experienced in June, a government official said Monday.

The industrial output rose 3.9% on the year in January-July, down from 5% growth in January-June and 6.2% reported in January-May, according to the official, who cited preliminary data, Interfax reported.
