KYIV, March 18 - Ukraine’s steel output plunged 7.2% on the year to 1.71 million metric tons in February as spreading coronavirus pandemic had been destroying demand for steel, Ukrmetallurgprom, the country’s steel making industry association, reported Wednesday.
