Ukraine’s Cabinets amends rules for long-term entry visas for investors

KYIV, March 16 - The Cabinet of Ministers amended the rules for issuing long-term visas for entry to Ukraine for foreign investors.

"The government promotes attracting foreign investments to Ukraine. In particular, changes were made in the rules for issuing visas for entry to Ukraine and transit through its territory in order to provide foreign investors with the possibility of obtaining a long-term Ukrainian visa," reads an explanatory note to the cabinet resolution No. 171 of March 14.


Prosecutors raid Nova Poshta for alleged massive tax evasion

KYIV, March 19 - The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) suspects officials of related companies of Nova Poshta Ltd, a leader in express delivery in Ukraine, of non-payment of taxes in large amounts, according to Larysa Sarhan, spokeswoman for Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.


Antonov in talks with Libya on upgrading its An-124-100 Ruslan

Industrial production drop accelerated last month, government reports

KIEV, March 19 - The decline in Ukraine's industrial production in February accelerated to 22.5% from 21.3% in January, 17.9% in December and 16.3% in November-October, the State Statistics Committee reported on Monday.
