Ukraine’s Cabinets amends rules for long-term entry visas for investors
KYIV, March 16 - The Cabinet of Ministers amended the rules for issuing long-term visas for entry to Ukraine for foreign investors.
"The government promotes attracting foreign investments to Ukraine. In particular, changes were made in the rules for issuing visas for entry to Ukraine and transit through its territory in order to provide foreign investors with the possibility of obtaining a long-term Ukrainian visa," reads an explanatory note to the cabinet resolution No. 171 of March 14. |
Prosecutors raid Nova Poshta for alleged massive tax evasion
KYIV, March 19 - The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) suspects officials of related companies of Nova Poshta Ltd, a leader in express delivery in Ukraine, of non-payment of taxes in large amounts, according to Larysa Sarhan, spokeswoman for Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko. |
IFC may invest $20 million in Horizon Capital Emerging Europe
KIEV, March 17 – The International Finance Corporation (IFC) from the World Bank Group could invest up to $20 million into the Emerging Europe Growth Fund III, L.P. (EEGF III, Delaware, the United States) launched by Horizon Capital Advisors, LLC mainly for investment in Ukraine. |
