NCRC to hold 3G tender on Nov. 27 despite presidential decree
KIEV, Nov. 26 – The National Communications Regulatory Commission, due to a presidential decree on the suspension of a cabinet resolution of Nov. 11, 2009 on conducting the conversion of radiofrequency bands, plans to act in accordance with the position of bidders in the first tender for 3G licenses scheduled for Nov. 27. |
Hrynvia will continue to strengthen through year end, analysts say
KIEV, Nov. 26 – The strengthening of the hryvnia exchange rate will continue at least until late 2009, according to experts polled by Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the director of the financial markets department at Finance and Credit Bank, Andriy Voitenko, the hryvnia exchange rate could strengthen to UAH 7.60-7.80/$1 before the start of the presidential election.
