KIEV, Nov. 26 – The National Communications Regulatory Commission, due to a presidential decree on the suspension of a cabinet resolution of Nov. 11, 2009 on conducting the conversion of radiofrequency bands, plans to act in accordance with the position of bidders in the first tender for 3G licenses scheduled for Nov. 27.

"Legally, the president's decree does not stop the holding of the tender, but operators are analyzing their risks due to the decree. We're now in talks with them," the commission's head, Serhiy Kolobov, told Interfax-Ukraine.
