Ukraine’s natural gas reserves drop 7% on week Journal Staff Report
Ukraine from November 1 to December 7, 2019 reduced its natural gas reserves in underground gas storage facilities (UGS) by 7% (by 1.534 billion cubic meters), to 20.249 billion cubic meters, according to data from JSC Ukrtransgaz. Gas taking from the UGS of Ukraine, in particular, on December 7 this year amounted to 70.99 million cubic meters with imports being 4.09 million cubic meters and domestic production of 56.67 million cubic meters.
