Former Finance Minister Ihor Mitiukov has been named managing director of the Ukrainian office of investment bank Morgan Stanley. "I worked with Morgan Stanley for about a year, and recently accepted their offer to head the office in Ukraine," Mitiukov told Interfax on the sidelines of the Ukrainian Investment Summit being held in London. Mitiukov was finance minister from February 1997 to December 2001.
