Naftogaz Ukrayiny back on July 1 increase fees it charges RosUkrEnergo A.G., a Gazprom subsidiary, for storing natural gas in Ukraine’s underground facilities by 250%, from $2.25 to $7.84 per 1,000 cubic meters, an official told Interfax-Ukraine. The hike was never made public.
