Phosphorous anhydride concentrations exceed norms in nearby villages Journal Staff Report
The concentration of phosphorous anhydride in the air near the Lviv regoion villages of Anhelivka and Lisne, where a train carrying yellow phosphorus derailed on Tuesday, stood at 3.5 milligrams per one cubic meter, with the norm of 0.15 milligrams per one cubic meter, at 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning, the Environmental Protection Ministry said. Levels of contamination in soil and water have not yet been measured.
