The volume of the land market in Ukraine in July-December 2021 amounted to UAH 5.27 billion, while in December 2021, for the first time since the lifting of moratorium on the sale of land, the daily number of transactions for its purchase and sale exceeded 1,000, according to the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) report prepared by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and the KSE.
