Naftogaz Ukrayiny has said that the Black Sea shelf could be developed jointly with European countries, in particular with NATO-member Romania, which would ensure the safety of operations, advisor to the head of the Board of Directors Lana Zerkal said at an online briefing devoted to five years of gas independence held on Friday.
