Chinese investors hire law firm to sue Ukraine for $3.5-bln in damages Journal Staff Report
The international law firms WilmerHale, DLA Piper and Bird & Bird will represent the interests of the Chinese investors of Motor Sich, acting as partners of the Ukrainian DCH group of Oleksandr Yaroslavsky in the development of the Ukrainian aircraft industry, in an investment dispute with the aim of recovering damage estimated by them at $3.5 billion from the state of Ukraine, DCH said in a statement Tuesday.
