Ukraine is currently seeing a second wave of the coronavirus epidemic, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. "There's been a flare-up all over the world. Ukraine isn't an exception, and the number of infected is growing. Therefore, we've banned entry to foreign citizens now. I think this is the right decision," Zelensky said at a joint press conference with Slovak President Zuzana Caputova in Bratislava on Thursday.
