Amid the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, Ukrainians have got unhindered access to 23 countries, said Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. "These 23 countries include those countries where you need a visa, that is, you can enter, but with a visa, and certain quarantine restrictions apply, that is, you can enter, but you must adhere to some rules. These are Turkey, Serbia, Albania, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Belarus, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Egypt, Tunisia, the Republic of Korea," Kuleba said.
