KYIV, Sept 23 The illegal cigarette market in Ukraine in 2019 could grow by 5.6 percentage points (pp), expanding to 10%.

"The illegal tobacco market in Ukraine over the past three years has grown sevenfold - from 1.1% in 2016 to 7.2% in the first half of 2019 and continues to grow.
