KIEV, Feb. 9 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny expects that the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce will this summer finish hearing an appeal by RosUkrEnergo AG (RUE) against the Ukrainian state holding concerning 11 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas allegedly expropriated from RUE by Naftogaz Ukrayiny.

"[A case on a dispute over] commercial relations of Naftogaz Ukrayiny with RosUkrEnergo AG, including the purchase of 11 billion cubic meters of gas in early 2009, is being heard in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, [and it] will be finished in summer 2010," reads a Monday press release of Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
