KYIV, March 18 – The deal for the sale of the third-largest Ukrainian mobile operator, Lifecell LLC (TM lifecell), to the French investment company NJJ Capital may be closed between April and September 2024, according to Lifecell CEO Ismet Yazici in an interview with Forbes.

"There is hope that everything will be resolved between April and September of this year," he said in response to the question of whether it is realistic to close the Lifecell deal by the end of the year.
