KYIV, Dec 28 – Former Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, in his first public appearance since his dismissal in 2019, said the government will fail to restart sustainable economic growth without rebuilding middle class in Ukraine.

He accused the government of massive borrowing that is lacking coherent strategy and would only undermine the country’s economy.
