KYIV, Dec 1 – Ukraine’s consolidated balance of payments in October posted a deficit of $343 million, which is 210 percent higher than in the same period of 2019 ($109 million), according to preliminary data released by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

According to them, the surplus of the current account of the balance of payments in October 2020 amounted to $817 million, while in October 2019 a deficit of this indicator was recorded in the amount of $656 million.
