KYIV, Oct 20 – Ukraine is stepping up efforts for wider adoption of electric vehicles in the country by joining a U.N. electric mobility program that will be supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The GEF7 Electric Mobility Project has been prepared by the UN Environment Program in cooperation with the International Standardization Academy (ISA) and outlines expansion of infrastructure, such as charging stations and other details.
