KYIV, Sept 15 – Most Kyiv restaurants that tried online food delivery service during the lockdown had suspended the practice unable to sustain profitable operation, Dmytro Borysov, a Kyiv restaurateur, said.

"We learned a lot during the lockdown. Why are food delivery services around the world still unprofitable?” Borysov said while recently addressing RAU Expo in Kyiv. “It is because this business model does not work.”
