KYIV, Sept 14 - The draft state budget for 2021 assumes an increase in borrowings to finance the general fund of the state budget by UAH 64.2 billion, or 10.3%, to UAH 684.7 billion, of which government domestic loan bonds will amount to UAH 549.1 billion, such data were given by the Ministry of Finance.

"We believe that the level of the deficit [UAH 245.4 billion] is reasonable, moderate and there is an opportunity to finance it," Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said during a press conference.
