KYIV, July 30 – The Cabinet of Ministers has instructed in two months to complete staffing of the supervisory boards of 15 largest state-owned enterprises (SOE) with independent members and state representatives, as well as to expedite the submission of ownership policies and key performance indicators of the supervisory boards for Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Ukroboronprom and Ukrzaliznytsia to the government.
The government adopted the corresponding official instruction at a meeting on Wednesday.
"To the management units: within two months, ensure the appointment of independent members and representatives of the state to vacant positions in the supervisory boards of the top 15 largest state-owned enterprises," the government said in the decision made at the Wednesday meeting.
