KYIV, Aug 13 – The recently appointed Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Coordinator for Economic and Environmental Security in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kirovohrad regions, Stephen Douglas, visited ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih to collect information on environmental safety in the region.
"This is the first visit of a representative of the OSCE special monitoring mission to the plant. Mr. Douglas met with the management of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih: director of the environmental department Liana Maksymenko, chief legal adviser of the enterprise Artem Filipyev and investment control manager of the engineering and investment department Andriy Marinichev," according to a press release on the website of the plant.
