KYIV, July 15 – The U.S. Department of Commerce has canceled the agreement signed with Interpipe in July 2014 and later extended to suspend the antidumping investigation regarding pipes in exchange for price commitments in terms of the supply of these products to the country.
According to the publication in the U.S. Federal Register dated July 16, 2019, the agreement is terminated. The U.S. Department of Commerce also issues an order imposing duties on certain types of Interpipe pipe products from July 10 and cancels the administrative review of the agreement.
