KIEV, Oct. 28 - Mittal Steel, winner of the tender for 93.02% of Ukrainian steel giant Kryvorizhstal, confirmed its interest in acquiring the incomplete Kryvy Rih Oxidized Ore Mining and Enrichment Combine, Interfax-Ukriaine reported.

Lakshmi Mittal, founder and chairman of the world No. 1 steel producer, told reporters in Kiev that his company had been expressing an interest in the Kryvy Rih complex for the last four years.
