KIEV, Dec. 8 – Acting Finance Minister Ihor Umansky has signed a letter of guarantee that certain weapon contracts will realized with Iraq, Dzerkalo Tyzhnia reported, referring to a source in the cabinet.

Ukrainian defense industrial companies now have a chance to sign and realize contracts for Iraq worth $2.4 billion on a legal basis.
